Dan oversees and supervises all legal
matters for Northern California, Colorado, and Utah. He received his B.A.
from Stanford University in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of San
Diego in 1977. Dan joined Coldwell Banker in 1983. Prior to joining Coldwell
Banker, Dan was in private practice with the firm of Hoberg, Finger, Brown,
Cox, and Molligan. |

Vickie Naidorf |
Vice President, Brokerage Counsel |
Vickie provides transactional advice to Sales
Associates through their Managers, handles claims, creates transaction
forms and does legal training. She received her B.A. from the University
of California, Los Angeles in 1974 and her J.D. from the University of
Southern California in 1977. Vickie joined Coldwell Banker in 1985. Prior
to joining Coldwell Banker, she was in-house counsel for Ticor Title Insurance
Company.

Mike Davidson |

Mike defends Sales Associates and the Company against
lawsuits, provides transactional advise to Sales Associates through their
Managers. He received his B.A. from Occidental College in 1967 and his J.D.
from South Western University in 1976. Mike joined Coldwell Banker in 1989.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Mike was a sole practitioner. |

Bob Luther |

Bob defends Sales Associates and the Company against
lawsuits, provides transactional advise to Sales Associates through their
Managers. He received his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley
in 1981, and received his J.D. from Santa Clara University in 1985. Bob
joined Coldwell Banker in 2000. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Bob worked
at Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel.

Steve defends Sales Associates and the Company
against lawsuits, provides transactional advise to Sales Associates through
their Managers, and handles claims and commercial matters. He received
his B.A. from the University of California, at Berkeley in 1971, and his
J.D. from Golden Gate University in 1976. Steve was initially with Coldwell
Banker Northern California in 1983 through 1985, then joined Gagen, McCoy,
McMahon & Armstrong, and rejoined us in 2002. |
